Our office is located at 9500 Kanis Road, Suite 502, Little Rock, AR 72205 in the Hickingbotham Outpatient Center on the Baptist Hospital Campus. You will find complimentary parking spaces for our patients in the parking lots in front of and adjacent to our building.
Your appointment is time set aside exclusively to address your needs. In order to respect all our patients’ schedules and time:
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to review or complete any necessary patient sign in information.
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time for all other visits, including follow-up appointments, in order to have adequate time to check in
Your initial cosmetic consultation is free. - Consultation fees for insurances cases will be filed with your insurer. Patients are responsible for any insurance deductible and/or co-pay at the time of your office visit.

From I-630 Westbound:
- Head west on I-630 W
- Take the Baptist Health Exit

From Chenal Parkway:
- Head east on Chenal Pkwy
- Continue straight through the I 430 / I-630 interchange
